L' arcano del lupo bianco To change a bit from what I usually read. An encyclopedia that aims to show some famous dishes for different reasons ... I don't know how to evaluate it better but I know that I would like to eat what I have seen so far even more times (once would not be enough to get an idea, two could be too much small to reconfirm, three are too limited ...). The illustrations are really beautiful and effective while for the recipes I will see when I get there (yes there is a selection of recipes but this book is not a cookbook and I'm not sure if some are really replicable ... moreover I'm better at eating than to cook). The edition is really beautiful to see and touch, I think it is the best book I have on an aesthetic level (which also fits the theme, it almost seems to leaf through the menu of a high-class restaurant).
