Finished part II and about to get started on part III. Still a good story with lots of well written battles and a lot of drama. This second installment in the series seems to be working at more development of the characters and the relationships between them.

I cannot get enough of this book. The plot thickens at every turn and there are still five more books in the series. If they all get as much better as this one is over the first then they will be incredible.

Very intense read now. With the addition of other magical creatures it is becoming much more of a fantasy story and less an adventure story with some magic. Hopefully one or two of these mythical creatures will join with our heroes in the future.

Just finished part III, and am enjoying this book greatly. The main characters have split up, so we now have three stories going on simultaneously for the three groups of hero's, plus the villains. There is a lot of depth to this one that I didn't expect from a Kindle Unlimited book.

I am really starting to enjoy this series. This book has expounded on the first so much and the characters are really starting to come into their own. I am finding it harder and harder to stop reading.

This is fast becoming an excellent story. The first installment was simply a story about a wizard boy, but this o e has some serious depth. The character development has been enhanced greatly since the first book, especially for Mansel. Really enjoying this.
