Yo. This book is absolutely brutal and is 200% not screwing around. It is A LOT to be reading right now (religious zealotry functionally ends the world via releasing a viral plague and the few survivors are still wearing masks years on.). Actually thankful that I'm not a very visual reader because hoo boy there is some serious body horror and lots of barfing that I do not need in mental technicolor.
