The Creature's struggles demonstrate the deleterious effects of the maker's callous disregard in creating a sapient capable of emotion, desire and thought, but incapable of attaining that which it desires the most. Victor and creature have a father-son relationship? And Victor is a sorely absent father. The creature's giving incel vibes but I wonder if it's meant to convey a certain primality (see: ethology)
