This is the "Abridged young readers edition". It is a very interesting true story, one more people should read, but the vocabulary words and concepts discussed are at a high school level at the lowest. The atrocities performed in the name of science are heartbreaking to read. At this point, I'm about half-way through the book. I will finish, but I am afraid I won't do so without crying.
