Not only was it a great introduction to the oft-covered topic of Napoleon, but the lessons of negotiation are loud and clear: when you're in control, don't be completely ruthless and hardline, because the moment you lose that control is when others do what they can to tear you apart. Took awhile to get through, but a good read overall.
