I'm pleasantly surprised with this book so far. The author is doing a great job of describing the connection between Ray and his violin and between Ray and the members of his family. I can also feel his hard it is for Ray to succeed in a cutthroat world of classical music because he's a Black man. Can't wait to finish this.
