Any and his fire starting daughter, Charlie, have just set a fire to a friends house. Charlie is 6 years old and is a sweet little girl. Nothing is outa' the ordinary about this cute little girl, except she can start fires by looking at the thing. She and her dad Andy, also her mom if she was alive, have his one type of power, Push. This 'push' power is something like doing things without your hand. But...ect.

Now charile and her dad have arrived and grandmothers McGegin's house. They are at the very edge of New York, as that is happing, Rainbird, a half Cherokee SHOP agent just suficated another agent. The setting doesn't really affect the plot. This story could take place any where but it takes place in New York.

Charlie's dad can do the same thing, but he gets the wits head aces after he uses it. Now the FEDs are after them, cause the think they can use Charlie as a military weapon. On the run yet again.
I changed my book cause it was hard to read it was so slow.
