decided to attempt getting out of my 1 year long reading slump by reading books i've already read but don't remember much of - i was definitely not in a place to appreciate this one the last time i gave it a go so we are back at it :)

look this book is great but i cannot stand the racism every ten pages, i’ll probably rate it three stars because of that tbf

this book is actually quite easy to get through, and i'm not uninterested in the story. on the other hand, there's blatant straight up racism every two chapters that's really bothering me
