Super insightful! There's so much I'm learning from this and having a lot of my experiences articulated as someone who has played both the role of student and teacher. Her writing is accessible and easily follow but she often seems to diverge from the main theme of the book, at least what is the expected main theme of the book. I was expecting this to go more into depth about learning & teaching in academic settings but so far, there are a lot of diversions from that and only the starting chapters focused on it
