About 70% through the novel and enjoying it but getting through it slowly as it's dense - so much happening..sometimes switching to new events, characters and locations in each paragraph. Am also finding the use of the third person pronoun reference to Cromwell and other characters simultaneously make it very confusing at times. Despite this reservation there is some brilliantly descriptive prose too.
