Really struggling with listening to this while running. It’s more about shifting addictions, from alcool to excessive sports than about sports itself. Really can’t identify with this. And listening to the terrible problematic of addiction is demotivating and slowing my running pace.

Audiobook while running, first chapter done. Convenient voice, good start although not entirely my line: a middle aged man with a all-or-nothing attitude and a severe encline to addiction.
