Also I like the part when he's like "We all know and love the pygmy gorilla even though there isn't much evidence for it, so why don't people take the pygmy elephant so seriously (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞" but (at least now) nobody seriously thinks there's such a thing as a pygmy gorilla either :/

-maybe I should compile this into a review, I wonder if I can even find the other half I just typed -anyway. He definitely has a large grudge against Cuvier. Quite biased, and there's been a LOT of excuse-making, even when it didn't even appear to be necessary. It's not ridiculously unscientific though, outside of methodology etc. Could be a lot worse there.
Anyway, lots of pages in but now the main topic is reached.
