Had asked for this a month or two ago and the only thing that seems to be prominent is the Indicabooks group on facebook. I believe there is a group called India Reads Right here, but I'm not sure how active it is.

Why don't you ask this question in that facebook grp and start adding eachother when they reply you in comments.
Read India right page is now core of critic page in insta. You can follow the page.
