P 122 I am not understanding the level of annomosity between the parents to result in such distance between the families.

I can't imagine that Ray and Sasha never saw photos of each other. I guess they did it later says but not enough of them to recognize each other when meeting. Still doesn't seem realistic.

So the 3 older sisters stay at the summer house full time since their remarried parents are alternating weekly?

Ok. So I am confused! Not understanding how it is possible for Ray and Sasha to have never met, although their families share a beach house through the years and summers. This is my second try to read this book. I will push ahead a bit more to see if I can get engaged.
