From the very first lines, I was hooked. The language is superb, and the story captivating. I wanted to devour this book in one sitting, but I've deliberately made myself read at a slower pace; it is just so delicious that I want to make it last as long as I can. Reading slowly allows you to live with a book for a while and let it digest. I find myself thinking about this book throughout the day.
