wish Tal would stop being such a meddler who keeps meddling in business that does NOT concern him. why the hell does he think he knows what's best for Daphene? like, I get his personal quest and all that, but putting more boys on her back, will only drive her insane!!! for an immortal creature, or whatever he is, you would think he would have better sense than that to read the room!!!!

almost 3am and I have to sleep, but I can't seem to be able to drop this book! Josephine Angelini it's definitely and will always be my favorite author, everything she writes it's a total page turner and just so freaking good! I love this woman for writing such amazing books.
I'll totally finish this one tomorrow, can't wait to write a review

*CONTAINS SPOILER*
my heart tightens whenever Daphene and Ajax seems to be perfectly happy, because I already know the ending of these two starcrossed lovers won't be a happy one 🥲

I swear to God, if Ajax doesn't come back, I'm writing a very sad and angry but respectful email to Josephine Angelini.
