I have not read any beyond the first novel. Are the sequels any good?

Verdict is still out. Can I let you know in about a hundred pages??

Ok, well this was loaned to me by a friend. Given that my favorite genres are historical fiction and fantasy, it’s taken me a bit to jump on the murder mystery bandwagon. Genre and writing style aside (honestly his character development and dialogue are not my fave), the story is compelling, and by about a quarter of the way in, I’m definitely intrigued enough to finish it… 😊
