thought the chapters about anxiety/fear and anger were really insightful. Disappointed author didn’t address anger towards oneself or God though briefly mentioned it. Looking forward to the more hopeful chapters of this book.

intriguing. still wary of the whole you can pray you’re way out of depression narrative, but think this book won’t be that at all. like that the author is a actual MD psychotherapist. Credibility +++
