Hardy! *sigh*

I see that you're quite the fan. I've been in a real reading slump lately and this is the first book I've picked up in months that has me eagerly looking for a chunk of time to sit down with it. So far, easily a five-star read. The only other Hardy I've read is Tess of the D'Urbervilles which is an all-time favorite of mine so I think I may be reading a lot of Hardy in the near future.

And I just encountered Farmer Boldwood - heh heh "boldwood".
