This is a short (48 pages) book which I think will be another nice "breath" in the next few days, just a few pages at a time to pause and reflect on. Both Quaker and Zen perspectives (and actually Catholic as well) - and the mindfulness, presence being sought for teaching is really a way for living and doing everything.
