The last 5% plus would've been better solidifying their relationship/future than an art history lesson, in my opinion. I'm not saying it wasn't interesting, nor am I saying it didn't have a quick point. It's just not how I would've preferred the book to end.

Seriously. She reminds me of Becca in The Curtis Reincarnation by Zathyn Priest, only not quite as annoying. Becca was an adult. Lyra's a teenager.
