My library hold on #1 in the series is taking forever to come in. This one (#2) and #3 came in weeks ago. I'm impatient and finished the stack of books I was stalling with, so I'm going to start this one and read them out of order. They weren't written in the order they are now numbered, and they are each supposed to be self-contained but connected, so I'm going to take the risk it will be fine in this case.
