“The history of astrology developed out of white supremacy and capitalism and patricarchy” (12) how can you say this when astrology existed before any of those things? This book definitely does not follow the thinking of post colonial scholarship. I was expecting this to “decolonize” astrology by teaching about nonwestern theologies impact on the field.
