Finished the final story, "Burden of Proof." which was pretty good. It had an interesting concept of slow-glass.

Finished Elementary Mistake, which was probably the worst of the bunch. Somebody has to hold that title. Forgettable. Next!

Finished "There Is Always A Crooked Man." it was confusing. Many short lines, intermingled. Hard to it all straight.

Finished "Dead End." another space future military technology not-saga. It was OK. Puts me in the mood for a proper adventure!

Finished "Lost Calling" which was pretty good. It reminded me of The Bourne Identity. Missing memory but intact skill set. Some of these short stories have such interesting premises that I wish they would be fleshed out into full-fledged novels.

Finished "Weyr Search" which was a longer story. Reminded me of Skyrim and Eragon. Dragons, telepathic links with humans established at birth, soul mates. Dragon riders, holds, independent sovereign states.

Finished "The Featherbedders." OK. I may have been spoiled by the first two stories. Looking forward to more!

Finished the third short story, "Free Vacation." it was OK. Much shorter than the second story. Looking forward to more!

Finished the second short story, "Fiesta Brava" which was just as excellent as the first. Highly entertaining. A super hero tale, this one was.

Finished first story, "Aim for the Heel." very good. Entertaining. Looking forward to more!
