I'm just in the middle of this book but I have to say that it is amazing and for chronic pain sufferers it might be life-changing. It took me 5 years and counting to learn to live with chronic illness and pain and this book might make the learning curve much shorter for other people who are just starting this difficult journey. Highly recommended. the writer is very experienced in both neurology and physiology.
