What one did you try? This is my first by her and I definitely want to try all of hers with how I feel about this one so far. Hopefully second act is as good as the first lol

I just really, really love a cold and controlled hero that is all fire underneath. I remember reading a Jayne Ann Krentz when I was in high school that had a hero like this and it just stuck with me. I always fall for a similar story line to that. Great tension too which I haven't felt too much of lately. 😄

It was the first book in this series, 'Luck is no Lady'. The hero was simply too sweet for me.
