How is it so far?

Pretty good but it is slow going. I enjoy this author and how she writes the various characters but it's a bit long for my liking. I can't wait to get back to her book "The Sunne in Splendour" about the Wars of the Roses era since that's one of my favourite historical periods. I do like how this book delves into the events behind "The Pillars of the Earth" so I do think it's worth the read. :)

Cool. I need to catch up on my reading challenge, so I won't be reading it this year, but perhaps one day. I haven't read any of her stuff, but I did enjoy Pillars. So many books...
