BOOK 2: SUMMER OF CORRUPTION
“Apt Pupil”
The first part of this story seemed to drag on, there was a lot of talk about how Dussander was a former Nazi captain and not much on what his experience in Germany was really like. I also didn’t really care for either protagonist at first, but the story won me over with King’s fucked up, gore-filled writing. (Had to physically close the book sometimes) 4/5 !!

BOOK 1: HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL
“Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption”
I FLEW through this first story. Amazing. King’s writing is totally unmatched and I can’t wait to get to the rest of them. 5/5!!!
