The saddest, most difficult to read book I've read in such a long time. Having been a long term caretaker for my husband, it was a frightening view of what could happen in such circumstances. And a reminder of a very difficult time in our lives. Very well crafted, especially with the continuous shifts in POV between characters. One of those books I can't wait to finish.
