So far so good, Really enjoying not a lot of ramble, just talk direct about his experience and some some of the negotiation tactics he used and comparing it to theoretical "getting to yes" and some kind of negotiating book that he argue are not relevance. Because our negotiation is not based on rational, calculated, argument. But our emotion as human nature is the key to make decision (and this is medically proved).
