And also that the average Medieval man didn't give a damn about an handful of battles stretched in the course of 30 years, happened most of the times in open countryside... he almost wasn't even aware of them! No way the Tudor 'brought peace to a wretched country' and bla bla bla. Kendall says the true problem of the period was the plague... an epidemic every two years with 200 deads a day. I love Kendall's bluntness Lol
