I don't like it when books bug me this early...the writing is disjointed and somewhat awkward, especially the conversations. Also, her mother's big revelation about bad people in the big bad world is just ridiculous. Their daughter allegedly goes to Columbia and last time I checked it was in NYC not a town of 500 people. Just sayin' not really realistic for me so far.
