I have to keep rereading it. I'm not sure about was is real and what is fantasy. Is a seven hear old sneaking out in the middle of the night and spending the night at the hospital? Is she feeding chocolate to a dog that lives in an apartment on it's own? I know that I should have a suspension of disbelief, but it's hard to ignore some of this. Maybe things are different in Sweden.
