Dense, terrific book. It was my companion book on my trip to Tuscany. The wineries we visited exemplified the thoughtful pragmatic approach Jamie Goode proposes. It is, imho, the best way forward for all agriculture. There were quite a bit of typos and that's expected in what is essentially a prolog to a much longer book coming soon. Highly recommended for my fellow cork dorks, wine dudes/dudettes😊
