I just watched it again... and cried again. What a great ad!
It's an adorable ad. I watched it in conjunction with the Virginia professor named John Lewis who gets questions directed at the department store on his Twitter and replies to each one politely. When this ad hit, his Twitter feed was inundated with comments.
