Characters are insufferable for the first 100 pages but it seems now they’re turning out to be okay as the story begins to unfold. Also Bels struggles are kindaaaa confusing, can’t understand why she’s having a hard time with her college apps and picking a major while she’s visibly excelling in engineering—author doesn’t make that bit clear.
