Duncan doesn't wants to turn in the serial killing diary he found to the police, but his friend vinny does. I think Duncan should just turn in the diary to the police like Vinny suggested. I think holding on to it is a waste of time and will just lead to more trouble. Duncan believes that its his "calling" to figure out who the serial killer is but it may just be his imagination.
