I received this as an ARC from the author. It's framed as poetry, and seems to be the author's way of working out some demons about an abusive ex. I'm not getting the lyrical rhythm of poetry from it so much as I am "stream of consciousness." I'm hoping to get through it ASAP, but I can only get through a few pages at a time.
