So I can't look at books now, cause every time I click on or look one up it says "An unexpected error has occurred". I have gone to goodreads and help AND contacted them, and they haven't replied. And it all started with the new update. Why couldn't they just keep it how it was?

This only happened to me on my old iPod but not on my iPad or desktop. So maybe it’s not compatible with older models?
Nah, cause it is not working on a Mac Book Air, which is pretty new. I have no idea.
Have you tried using a different browser? A lot of times stuff works better if you switch to trying from Chrome when you weren't already using it (if you're using safari there's a chance that it in particular is glitching) Maybe try Firefox too if you also aren't already.
