While reading it past midnight, I started to feel hungry. I tried to suppress the feeling but it didn't work so I got out of bed. Normally I would take my Kindle to the living room and read while warming up the food and eating. Tonight this book motivated me to 'unitask'.
And what a pleasurable activity it turned out to be! I think I've mindfully offered my gratitude to god after a long time!
