How is it?

It's pretty good, yet dark and monotonous at the same time. Pete thinks too much, or rather the author is over explaining things from Pete's point of view. It might be just me, since prison is not my favorite theme and it keeps surfacing over and over again.

But I am only 45% in and I guess previous history has to be done with before anything can happen between Pete and Carl.

The connection between MCs and their relationship has a very real feel to it. I mean - two macho mafia men? Yet I find they fit together perfectly and the way they found their way to each other - natural.

So far 5 stars.
