Gnocci in Tomato broth recipe... I've made this recipe, altering it some with the gnocci because of the over stock of instant potatoes we have. Also instead of removing all the vegetables,I run them through a food processor and blend them into the broth making for a thicker and textured soup. All I can say is that while cooking this, the house smells great!
