3 day read: Beyond YA as a reading level - but still very enjoyable. only gripe is the obligatory love triangle that's permeated since Twilight. But it's gotten my step daughter reading an actual book, so who cares? I mean I'll totally give her my old VC Andrews books to get her to read at this point - so yeah, this series would normally get a 2-3 from me, but if it engages my girl, I'll be generous.
