i will forever remember this book as the one where the girl in modern times recalls her past relationship including a date at a milkshake place and how the entire restaurant clapped for her and her date b/c they were just ~so cute~. also that her friends seemed to have one hobby only and that was attending protests. they're either working on signs for protests or talking to each other on their way to or from a protest.
