Interesting conversation at my book group last week about this book. I was one of only two people who had read the book; a few others had seen the movie. (I haven't seen it yet.) I guess the movie is far more violent, but not as suspenseful as the book...?

Sadly I saw the movie first as It took me awhile to get my hands on a copy of the book. So far (I have less than a hundred pages to go) it is spot on, but the violent part is yet to come. I literally just read the scene where her money is stolen, and there was more of a fight in the movie for that scene. So we'll see!
