Okay, it's almost painful to keep reading at this point. I can't really put my finger on what's making me want to sideline this book. It's almost like the author is trying waaay too hard.

Meh, it's really not grabbing me. I'm wondering if this was a Kindle freebie, or if I paid anything for it- never a good sign. Also, there are a lot of exclamation points. Weird.
