I thought this was a romance...? So why am I at 50% and the main characters have not actually interacted with one another?!? The hero, however, has managed to have sex with the heroine without waking her up. I know he's her character and all, but wtf! It's still pretty rapey. Am I crazy to keep reading? 🤯

@Sonia 😆 I think I would mind it less if they already had some kind of relationship established. It's going downhill pretty fast... heroine almost gets strangled to death and while she's unconscious, he decides to "punish" her by putting a buttplug in! The whole thing is so bizarre... totally had thought I was in for a VERY different kind of book based on the blurb.
