Finally the man that everybody has been wanting to meet has arrived (ooh intrigue wow)

I can't believe that Emma would hear that Harriet liked a guy, and then upon meeting said guy, would just rip him to shreds. It didn't even seem like Harriet wanted to marry Mr. Martin, she just liked him overall. But no, Emma just went off and said how he doesn't have manners and is plain and clearly doesn't care about Harriet because he had the audacity to forget about a book recommendation?? Tf Emma.

I feel like Emma is going to end up pairing off her dad. Idk if it'll be on purpose or on accident, but I feel like it's going to happen.

Emma herself is definitely coming off as a "Well, isn't she just the most swell person you've ever come across! She is just *ever* so *delightful*!" Idk if that's a good or bad thing yet.
