It's been a number of months since I last read this book. I believe it will be especially helpful for me at this stage of life, career, etc. Good examples being: "Given people’s personality differences, there are few inherently or universally anxiety provoking things..." And "People are obligated to address the life tasks — those areas of life that don’t have innate answers (e.g., work, social, and intimacy)."
